No Mount Smart Warriors Games Until June 2014!

The Warriors are set to start the first three months of their regular season away from their traditional home of Mount Smart.

The full draw for the 2014 NRL season will be revealed later today.

The Warriors will play three regular season games at Eden Park next year with the Bulldogs first up on April 13 next year.

The Warriors have had bumper crowds at the home of rugby union and want to cash in with two further games there - they have introduced two for three ticket prices for Eden Park in a bid to get more fans through Mount Eden's turnstiles.

It looks like it'll be a move to prepare for the Warriors for an inevitable move to Eden Park as Len Brown and the Auckland City Council consider consolidation of Auckland's three big three sporting venues - Western Springs, Eden Park and Mount Smart Stadium.

The Warriors will also return to the Capital next year - the opponent to be confirmed later but it will be part of the first four "home" games of the season for the Warriors.
