The ICC have delayed the inaugural Test Championship until at least 2017. The ICC had hoped the launched the tournament to revive interest in the long version of the game but it appears the sponsors haven't quite bought into it.
Shame really as test cricket hasn't been this competitive in a long time with the likes of England, South Africa and India competing for the no.1 ranking. Plus 6 years is a long time in the future - by then we would have had another Rugby World Cup in England, two Olympics in London & Rio de Janeiro and 3 Ashes series.
