Within the last couple of minutes, reports have emerged that former 7-times world champion, Michael Schumacher may be awakening from his coma.
Doctors at the Grenoble hospital where Schumacher has been in an induced coma since the 29th of December 2013 have been trying to bring him out of the induced coma over the last month or so but with little progress until now.
Schumacher's agent, Sabine Kehm said that Schumacher was "making progress" and they remained "confident".
However, even if Schumacher does come out of his coma, he faces an uncertain future - the recovery is expected to be long and arduous and many doctors believe that he will not be the same man that he was before his accident.
Best time to say a prayer for Schumi and his family during this difficult time.
