Disaster for Manchester! All the Drama from the Champions League!

Matchday 6 of the Champions League was billed to be full of drama - and it hasn't disappointed.

Marseille's stunning, last gasp winner at Dortmund sent them through to the 2nd round and sent more misery to already beleaguered Greeks who thought they had won respite after doing all they needed to do against Arsenal's B team.

Man City score - but it's not very happy indeed.

But what tops it off was the collapse of the two Manchester clubs tonight. Man City may have won on the scoreline over Bayern Munich - 2-0 it finished - but they lost the war as Napoli won 2-0 in Villarreal.

Meanwhile in Switzerland, Basel have done it again to an English club. This time a 2-1 win was enough to send Man United out of the Champions League and end Sir Alex's hopes of winning his 3rd European Cup win.

Incredibly, it means both Manchester clubs will be in the Europa League after the New Year!

Another result on the night: Dinamo Zagreb 1-7 Lyon. With Ajax thumped at home by Real Madrid 3-0, it means the French go through instead on goal difference!

So here's who's through as winners and runners-up..

Winners - Barcelona, Arsenal, Chelsea, APOEL, Internazionale, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Benfica

Runners-up - AC Milan, Marseille, Bayer Leverkusen, CSKA Moscow, Zenit St Petersburg, Lyon, Napoli, Basel

Will post the results of the draw on 17 December. But here are some highlights..
