Benji Marshall Scores First Rugby Union Try!

Benji Marshall has scored his first try in a competitive match since his switch to rugby union late last year.

The former Kiwi and Wests Tiger played at fullback for the Blues in their Super Rugby match against the Lions at Ellis Park in Johannesburg and had a rather solid game in attack even if he was found out a bit by the defence on a hot day and hard surface.

Marshall's try came late in the game but had all the characteristics of the Marshall we all came to know in league - stepping, skipping and outpacing defenders before finishing.

Great try.
